The Simien Mountains were breathtaking and the lodge is a haven. Lalibela lives up to and supasses expectations.

We were very lucky to see two important festivals taking part in the churches. It was incredibly special to see the churches as living places of worship and not mere tourist sites.

Ethiopia is an extraordinary country, with a deep, rich heritage and Ethiopians are incredibly civilised, dignified and welcoming.
