Ethiopia is not an African destination that most British travellers consider, us included. However our daughter persuaded us to meet up with her to tour the Northern Highlands for 2 weeks and we enjoyed our trip tremendously.
Responsible tourists can do a lot more than spend their money and visit places, they can help create environmental awareness and be environmentally aware. I say this not only for those who come to Ethiopia but for all destinations as the problems are seen everywhere and so should the solutions.
