It is rich in information and its capacity to engage the reader. Mewuded, you might consider including what goes on right after the roasting of coffee. The beans will be carried around all present to let people enjoy the aroma. Watching how passionate my old mam is about it, I often say we Ethiopians drink the aroma too,not just the coffee served in cups.
